Alcohol has long held a powerful association with enabling connection, but we wanted to find a plant-based alternative that also helped you feel good . We wanted a choice where there was none.
We’ve been playing and experimenting over the past year with lots of amazing plants, discovering function and flavour and creating some weird and wonderful batches along the way. Finally satisfied, we have created Three Spirit, the world’s first plant-based, alcohol-free, social elixir. Designed to make you feel good.
So whether you drink alcohol or not, we think it’s important you go out and find ways to connect, to yourself, to others or to the natural world. Our product has been created by bartenders and blessed by phytochemists to taste and feel amazing.
Having managed high profile venues across the country and owning some of Londons best bars, Tom very much drove the process of creating this drink and ensuring it would suit a cocktail style serve.
One of the key pioneers of molecular mixology and modernist bartending. An expert in whisky, gin, rum and coffee. We were not happy until we had his sign off on flavour.
Matt's palate is exceptional and he specialises in creating innovative cocktails and menus in low and no ABV. He was challenged with taking our plant based ingredients and creating drinks that tasted right for a bar environment.
