How do I change the bottles in my box?
On the Subscription tab in Your Account, hit the 'edit' button to change the items in your bundle on your upcoming order. Here you can also switch it up to a box of 6 or 12 bottles if you want more or less.
Can I change the way I pay?
Head to your Account and click on the 'Subscriptions' tab (next to 'Next Order' tab). In 'Manage Subscription' click on 'Edit payment' and you'll be sent an email with instructions on how to update your payment option.
When will my order arrive?
You will find the date of your next subscription order in your Account, along with the dates for all upcoming orders. Click on 'more actions' for future orders to edit the date.
How can I view my next order?
You can view all your upcoming subscription orders in your Account portal. Just click on the 'Subscription' tab.
How do I skip an order? Can I pause my subscription?
On Your Account page click on 'Manage next order' or 'See all upcoming orders'. Here you can skip or delay the date on your next order. You can even gift your order or order now if you just can't wait.
What if I change my mind? Can I cancel?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time. However once cancelled you won't be able to reactivate the same subscription so if you may prefer to pause your subscription here instead. If you would like to switch your bundle to a Mixed Bundle or just Spirits or Wines Bundle you will need to cancel your current subscription and start the new subscription.
