We currently ship to the UK and most countries in Europe. But if we don’t ship to your country yet, please sign up to our newsletter and we will let you know when we do! If you are desperate, we will always try and ship to you wherever you are in the world, but the cost of shipping can be high.
Tell me more about my shipping options in the UK
We have two shipping options for Mainland UK:
1. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 days.
We also now offer free next working day delivery when you buy 2 bottles or more (please note that orders made on a Friday will arrive on Monday)
* For Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles and Northern Ireland locations, shipping may cost more and take longer than in Mainland UK.
When will I get my delivery?
You order, we pack it and then we ship it.
Ordering takes a few seconds. Next business day orders placed by 5pm are usually packed and shipped the same day.
Orders get collected by our shipment providers and you’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way!
It always helps if you leave us your phone number or email so we can send you updates about your delivery.

Can I use multiple discount codes at checkout?
You can use one code per order so if you have more than one (lucky thing) then please choose the one you want to use more.
My bottles haven't arrived!
Sorry about that. If you haven't received your order, send us an email at email@example.com and we will get onto it straight away.
I’ve changed my mind and how can I cancel my order?
Prior to receiving your package dispatch email you can cancel or change your order for any reason by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once the order has been dispatched you cannot cancel or change your order. However once received you will be able to return the bottle is unopened, sealed and sent back within 30 days. If the goods are re-sellable we will reimburse your order but will not be able to refund shipping costs.
Can I try your product before I buy it?
Three Spirit is stocked in these bars and shops. We are working on being able to provide miniature sample, and we often do events or samplings in shops, so for updates sign up to our emails and follow us on @threespiritdrinks to get the latest.

What’s your return policy?
Our returns and exchange policy is 30 days. We are able to refund or exchange faulty or damaged goods and within this period of time. Due to health & safety, we cannot accept any goods that have been opened.
