On all other orders we have two shipping options -
Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hours (2-3 days): £2.50
DPD or Parcel Force- Next Business Day* (1-2 business days): £8.50
*Next business day service is only available for UK Mainland.
Whilst we usually pack and ship your order very quickly, please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the UK and most countries in Europe, whilst we can ship all over the world, this is done on a request basis.
So if we don’t ship to your country yet, drop us an email with your order to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get come back to you with options
When will I get my delivery?
You order, we pack it and then we ship it.
Ordering takes a few seconds. Orders placed by 5pm are usually packed and shipped the same day.
Orders get collected by our couriers and you’ll get a notification email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way!
It always helps if you leave us your mobile number and your email so the courier can send you updates about your delivery and you can reschedule directly with them for specific time or locations that best suit you.
If you can’t see any updates, please remember check your junk mail but you can also get in touch if you ever have any issues as we’re here to help at email@example.com.
Can I use multiple discount codes at checkout?
You can use one code per order so if you have more than one (lucky thing) then please choose the one you want to use more.
My bottles haven't arrived!
Sorry about that. If you haven't received your order, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get onto it straight away.
Please keep in mind, to get updates, we have to contact our couriers who are open only on working days and it may take up to a day to get updates from the couriers.
I’ve changed my mind and how can I cancel my order?
Prior to receiving your order shipping notification, you can cancel or change your order for any reason by emailing us at email@example.com. Once the order has been despatched you cannot cancel or change your order. However once received you will be able to return the bottle is unopened, sealed and sent back within 30 days. If the goods are re-sellable we will reimburse your order but will not be able to refund shipping costs.
Can I try your product before I buy it?
Three Spirit is stocked in these bars and shops. We are working on being able to provide miniature sample, and we often do events or samplings in shops, so for updates sign up to our emails and follow us on @threespiritdrinks to get the latest.
We have worked hard to have a zero plastic policy with our products and packaging. We use recycled material where possible and make sure that the bulk of our packaging is fully recyclable. Got any ideas on how we could do better? Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your suggestions and we will do our best to try them!
Returns & Exchanges
Sorry to hear you Three Spirit was not for you. You can return your order if the Three Spirit bottle(s) are unopened, sealed and sent back within 30 days of your initial order. If the goods are re-sellable we will reimburse your order accordingly but will not be able to refund shipping costs.
What’s your return policy?
Our returns and exchange policy is 30 days. We are able to refund or exchange faulty or damaged goods within this period of time. Due to health & safety reasons, we cannot accept any goods that have been opened.
