Spark, a bubbly brew that loosely mimics Champagne, has a base of pressed strawberries and red currants and features a mix of black and green teas from the Rare Tea Company in London, along with hints of cayenne pepper and schisandra berry.

Sitting in the sun and letting them wash over me, they were a tasty, note-filled alternative to wine without any of the bad bits.

Wine alternatives (“Blurred Vines” being my favorite alcohol-free wordplay ever) called Spark and Sharp, also suggesting the alcoholic warmth that wine provides with a gentle hit of capsaicin.

I particularly enjoy the Livener from their catalog for its use of watermelon in a way that doesn’t taste like candy, and the addition of cayenne pepper that doesn’t blow out the palate.

Reach for Livener if you want to keep the party going. The building heat and added caffeine make this watermelon-margarita–like drink an invigorating choice.

Three Spirit doesn't have to be kept in the fridge, but you should store it in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. After opening consume it within 12 weeks.

Do not consume if you are under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding, as Three Spirit drinks contain powerful plants and Livener contains high levels of natural caffeine. If you are taking SSRIs or other medication, we always recommend checking in with your doctor first.
