Every time you shop you earn points, the higher your tier the more points you collect on every £1 spent. Redeeming your hard-earned points is easy! 

Simply log in before you add items to your cart, go to your Account > Rewards Balance > scroll down and select "Get reward" on the Rewards List. You will then receive a voucher code to apply at the checkout.

Yes! You will receive points for any purchases made up to 3 months prior to the date you create your account. As a bonus, when you sign up to the Plant Club you also automatically receive 250 points to get you started!

Yes, all points expire 12 months after they are earned. Likewise for tiers, as qualification for each tier will be renewed each year.
