Competition Terms and Conditions:

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Three Spirit Choose your Mood January Competition (the "Competition") organised by Beyond Alcohol Limited, hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser." By entering the Competition, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before entering.

Eligibility:

The Competition is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, agents, and immediate family members of the organiser are not eligible to participate.

Entry Period:

The Competition entry period begins on 1st January 2026 and ends on 31st January 2026 at 11.59pm (the "Entry Period").

How to Enter:

To enter the Competition, entrants must sign up using the Typeform HERE with your email address and accept all Ts & Cs on threespiritdrinks.com. If purchasing in an on trade outlet (pub, bar, restaurant or hotel) entrants must upload an image of the Three Spirit drink they have purchased from the participating venue. 

Only one entry per person is permitted.

Prizes:

The prize for the Competition will be:

• 1 x £1,000 voucher for Spabreaks.com

Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable and must be claimed by the end of 2026.

Winner Selection:

One winner will be selected at random and contacted by email after 1st February 2026.

General Conditions:

The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate for any reason.

The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Competition in its sole discretion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factors beyond the Organiser's control impair the integrity of the Competition.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Limitation of Liability:

The Organiser, its agents, and representatives shall not be responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or incorrect entries, or for any problems or technical malfunctions of computer systems or servers.

Privacy:

Any personal information provided in connection with the Competition will be shared between Beyond Alcohol Limited and the participating brands listed in the Competition and will be subject to each organisation’s privacy policy.

By entering into the Competition, you agree to sign up to marketing communications from Beyond Alcohol Limited and every brand involved.

By participating in the Competition, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to abide by these Terms and any other specific rules or guidelines provided by the Organiser. Failure to comply with these Terms may result in disqualification from the Competition.
