Passion Star Martini

The P*rn star Martini is one of the UK’s most popular cocktails, so it was only right that we paid homage to this modern classic. Enter the Passion Star Martini - fruity, lively and packed full of energising plants from Three Spirit Livener. Make it your own: just add a shot of kombucha, nosecco or even a little prosecco if you are choosing to go 'damp'.

Ingredients

Serves 1

	ml	oz
For the 'main event':
Three Spirit Livener	35	1.5
Passionfruit juice	75	2.5
Pomegranate juice	25	1
1 fresh passionfruit
For the little bit on the side:
Nosecco / Prosecco / Passionfruit kombucha

How

Add all of the liquid ingredients for the 'main event' plus the seeds from half a fresh passionfruit into an ice-filled shaker tin or jar. Remember not to put the fizz into your shaker, or you'll end up with a mess on your hands!

Shake hard and strain through a fine-meshed strainer into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with the other passionfruit half.

Serve with a shot of fizz, nosecco or kombucha on the side in a shot glass! (We like Noughty for the nosecco, and Jarr for the booch.)
