| Freshly squeezed lime juice | 25 | 1 |
| Agave syrup | 12.5 | .5 |
| 3 basil leaves | ||
| Garnish with a basil leaf (alternative Thai basil leaf or coriander leaves) and a slice of jalapeño / chilli pepper |

Method:
Add all your liquid ingredients into a cocktail shaker, slap the basil leaves to release the aroma and add along with plenty of cubed ice.
Shake hard to mix, chill and dilute.
Pour through a strainer, over cubed ice into a rocks glass, make sure you get all the liquid and 'foam' out of the shaker and into the glass.
Garnish with a basil leaf and a slice of jalapeño.
