Competition Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Three Spirit Waitrose Receipt Promotion (the "Promotion") organised by Beyond Alcohol Limited, hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser." By entering the Promotion, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before entering.

Eligibility

• The Promotion is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• The Promotion is open to residents of England, Scotland, and Wales only.
• Employees, agents, and immediate family members of the Organiser are not eligible to participate. 

Entry Period

The Promotion runs from 28th May 2026 and ends on 30th June 2026 at 11:59pm (the "Entry Period").

How to Claim

To claim, purchase Three Spirit Livener or Nightcap from any Waitrose & Partners store during the Entry Period. Submit a clear photo of your Waitrose receipt showing the qualifying purchase via our claim form [HERE] by 30th June 2026. Claims received after this date will not be valid.

Only one claim per person/household is permitted. Multiple submissions will be disqualified.

Your Reward

Upon successful verification of your receipt, you will receive:

A Three Spirit bundle, comprising of:

• 1 x 20cl bottle of Three Spirit Livener or Nightcap (product not specified, stock may vary)
• 1 x Three Spirit tote bag
  
• 1 x pair Three Spirit socks
  
• 1 x Three Spirit reusable straw

Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash alternative. Please allow 4 weeks from verification for fulfilment.

General Conditions

• Proof of purchase must clearly show the date, store, and item purchased. Illegible or altered receipts will not be accepted.
• The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate for any reason.
• The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion in its sole discretion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factors beyond the Organiser's control impair the integrity of the Promotion.
• This Promotion is not affiliated with or endorsed by Waitrose & Partners.
• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Limitation of Liability

The Organiser, its agents, and representatives shall not be responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or incorrect claims, or for any problems or technical malfunctions of computer systems or servers.

Privacy

Any personal information provided in connection with the Promotion will be handled by Beyond Alcohol Limited in accordance with its privacy policy. By entering the Promotion, you agree to your personal information being used for the purpose of administering this promotion.

By participating in the Promotion, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to abide by these Terms and any other specific rules or guidelines provided by the Organiser. Failure to comply with these Terms may result in disqualification.
