Albert's Schloss
This one gets its own heading as it's spread over multiple locations! Liverpool, Manchester and Birmingham (and pretty soon London). You can settle down for a hearty lunch and beer ('No Alkohol?' Check out our Livener on the cocktail menu), or you can party all night long with drag artists.
Named in honour of Prince Albert, Queen Victoria’s beloved husband who championed truth, beauty, freedom and love, Albert’s Schloss celebrates the beloved Prince’s values every day. Cook Haus. Bier Palace. Bakery. Showtime.

Blinker Bar
Locally sourced, artfully mixed and served with care. Dan Berger’s Blinker Bar is named after a vintage prohibition-era cocktail, with the venue perfectly balancing classic influence with contemporary upgrades, including a monthly changing menu that focuses on British seasonal ingredients. Having previously worked with chefs including Gordon Ramsay and Jason Atherton, Dan’s culinary approach to cocktails puts produce as the star of the show. All three of their non-alcoholic cocktails feature Three Spirit's Collection.
