Euphoric Spritz
Do you want the buzz but not the booze? This non-alcoholic Livener spritz has bags of complexity, fruity but not too sweet, with a lick of chili and hibiscus.
How to make it
Use a potato peeler to create a thin cucumber ribbon; place it inside a wine glass and secure with cubed ice.
Pour 50ml Three Spirit Livener into the glass.
Top with half sparkling lemonade and half kombucha.
Finish with a mint garnish.
